I remember when skis were all 2 stroke and 120hp was a big deal. Skis have evolved in such a magnificent way
2 stroke skis? 120hp? 🤔 i cant imagine going downhill this winter with 4 stroke 120hp skis under my feet. Cant question technology!
I paid $13,600 for one with 5 hours on the engine, trailer, garmin sat nav installation, linq fishing box etc. Put 10 hours on in the last month. Super fast, stable and so much fun.
How many years will it last? When do you change the oil? Where do you put the gas if you don’t use all of it? Planning to buy one but I know nothing about seadoo’s

So we took ours out yesterday. I see that the left screen (bottom) displays total miles like an odometer instead of engine hours. Is there a way to switch that? I can't find anything in the menu settings on this.
GTX 170 uses what type of hull? If a flip flop or rope got up into the intake wouldn't a 12 second IDF run cause damage, would it eject the rope?
Can you guys offer front speed tie that has both front sides and one at the back for a deferent value ??

Been waiting since October for a 2021 GTR 230. I'm in southern california and if im lucky ill get it before July after summer is reaching its end and the 2022 versions will be starting to appear. Pump up that production Sea-Doo!!!

@@NigelHay waters are pretty clean where I am mate, and I’m not worried about jumping in to clear any debris
dad managed to get one, next day takes it out.. breaks, doesnt start had to be towed back ( luckily someone was close) takes it back to dealership 3 days later and apparently gear box broke, so now we wait even longer for a part that is probably hard to find, given the pwc's themselves are "rare" :V

The ergo lock is amazing at high speeds and tight turns. The exchange is that you have to be careful or get thrown off. The ST3 hull was a big improvement so I’m sure this hull is better. I don’t care for Sea Doo killing us with options and add ones. I love my RXT 230 but am considering the 2021 300 RXP.
Ik this comment is a year old but if your still looking I would suggest spending the extra on the RXT-X 300H that thing is sick. Deep V hull. Acceleration rips tricks are a blast the stereo is incredible the speed is fun the stability is awsome with tubes and going out with more riders on the back of your beauty!
Also I’m talking about if you where gonna do the RXP. The RXTX- even the rxp are very different from the GTX
@@steezyboiiii808 I have a 2018 RXT 230 with the ST3 hull. I agree entirely. It’s sticks like glue. I looked at the 2022 RXT and RXP 300’s and didn’t realize they actually have different hulls. I’ll stay with my 230 this year and consider ordering this fall.
I have placed 2 order of this beautiful Gtx but i have a question the speed tie when you purchase it comes one to the fron right or left side and one at the back ?? What if i want to have one one the right front and one front left side and one at the back ?? I wish on the cup holder you guys created spot for GoPro or any other spot with maybe a button that turns the go pro forward or facing the rider you guys come with lots of new features maybe that’s an idea and what about the IDF ? I heard there is a recall already is that true??

Ive ordered a GTX 2021 in Nov 2020 and now, going to Feb 2021, I still havent got my Seadoo. BRP need to manage their order better and prioritize based on first order first receive order regardless if i'm in Malaysia. Ride it for few months and then its already promoting 2022 models. Sad.
How long can I play music loudly through the speakers without the engine turned on? Does it drain the battery fast?
I have 21 rxpx 300 and I have played my music loud for over 30 mins. No problem at all. Engine starts right away.

The GTX Limited is the only 300 model with the iDF. The non-Limited GTX 300 does not have iDF available.

Too bad they don't stand behind the unit's that get shipped with errors. I still am in battle with them over my 2021 that hasn't run in 6 months. Multiple fixes now they damaged. This one was supposed to be 1 of 3 that I was buying ASAP. First experience scared me off for life.
Switching to Yamaha now
You won’t regret going with Yamaha believe me. My FX SHO is 11 years old, 300+ hrs and still runs like new with a top speed of 82mph. You can’t beat Yamaha when it comes to dependability and performance.
Make one 230hp under 500 lbs.

If the sea doo is 2021 how you have been riding with it for years?
I don't think people realise how awesome the ST3 hull is. There is sooo much hull under the waterline, the keel is huge. This has a massive impact on softening choppy waves as the hull rides through the water and dissipates the energy. Other brands ride on TOP of the water creating slapping or porpoising. Not very comfortable at all.
So much hull under the waterline because seadoo’s are so heavy also. Compared to Waverunner’s. No PWC is comfortable at high speeds in the chop but I prefer being on top of the water with my SHO than in it.
@@BigRiverLabrador True. But most of us aren’t racing. So weight helps with comfort. A heavy, deep V hull provides comfort in chop.

You aren’t kidding. Looked for a sea doo, none available. Looked for a Yamaha, same thing. Finally found a Kawasaki. Not super charged but fast enough!

GTX Limited is only available in the silver/blue, however, the non-Limited GTX 300 is available in Eclipse Black/Orange Crush color combo
Gtx 170 with IDF is a go for me. As i got older i dont need that much speed anymore. Going 57 is good enough for me. Also i hate doing the supercharger. What a pain. I prefer long rides now. Just my opinion lol.

I bought a sea doo but the dealership is saying they dont have a program code that sea doo needs to give them to give me the jet ski. They are sayng for 4 days sea doo has never got back to them. Can anyone help
