Most men me included are stubborn as hell and I was almost raised to not talk about my feelings even though it wasn't directly said.. no one ever asked how I was really doing or said "I'm here if you need to talk." Or "Tell me what's going on." So I'm absolutely uncomfortable with the idea of talking about my feelings so I keep them to myself and wait until I'm alone at night to cry myself to sleep.
It's worked for 4 years now. I have no plans on talking with anyone about my feelings

I've been having horrible life and mental health for over years now last year i went back to university to advance my education and help my social anxiety but since then my mental and physical health has decreased drastically my major is good but I don't like the subject I'm working at all and I can't change it they don't let me change it and i had worst burnout and anxiety now that i was supposed to write first half of my thesis i can't go on anymore i wanna quit university i even talked myself and decided but fear of not having job experience and social anxiety and working is making me more and more depressed I can't keep going either there's nothing i like in the university and my overall goal was always to become programmer and work independent but what I'm studying in masters is optics and i hate it i know i wanna quit and go for programming not going back to university though but I'm very scared
i want to forget tot, my past is a nightmare.
