- The video shows you how to make a simple notebook or notepad by Elmer's glue or PVA glue. Bookbinding can be very simple. Use printer paper, recycled card stock, cardboard, school glue, and tape. It is a fun and kids friendly project. I always have too many random notebooks and journals around the house. We can recycle old papers and covers to make new books to fit our current needs and style.

Brilliant tutorial thank you.
Thanks for the comparison of the glues. Very helpful!
Just a heads up? elmers school glue is pva glue and is acid free, according to the email i received from elmers. =)
This is exactly the tutorial I needed. Thanks.
Excellent comparison of the glues. Thank you
Great video, thank you !! Approximately how many pages was that notebook? What type of glue do you suggest using to glue the last page to the cardboard?
Thank you! Truly ecological
Thank you for sharing your tutorial! This was very helpful, as I'm looking into making some simple stationery for kids. :)
If you use washi tape on top of the glue, after it's dry, do you have to glue the washi tape or will it stay on by itself? Thank you so much.
Thank you, will try making some 😄
Wow😲😲
