Excellent with the addition of courgettes or salted ricotta!!!😋
INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
100g bacon or lard
1 light onion
300g cherry tomatoes
20g grated parmesan or pecorino
170g pasta (I used a corn-based pasta and it came out excellent😊)
Olive oil
Salt
