- Labradorite gains its name from where it was first discovered, in Labrador, Canada. It has also been found in Norway and various other locations worldwide. This dark stone displays an iridescent optical effect known as labradorescence, creating flashes of light in varying colours when the crystal is moved from side to side. The Inuit people tell the tale of a great warrior who once struck his spear into a labradorite, releasing many of the lights to become the famed Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights. You are so spot on with Labradorite coming in to your life when you are not happy.. I am draw to it and I feel lost and alone... and it is helping me to find a new path..and maybe starting over..but this is so magical and special..I just love it..this crystal is me... Slept with it in my pillow and experienced closed eye visuals. It was like I was watching a movie with my eyes closed. Im planning on moving to Nevada soon, in my vision I saw myself riding on a highway and seeing mountain scenery.

so true. i am not into crystals. but i was in finland on holiday and i was drawn to it in a market.the stone that i touched was very warm (it was freezing cold). it was like 15 euro and i told myself, this is silly, if i have exactly 15 euros, only then i will buy it. and funny enough, i had that amount. i read up on labradorite and it was exactly what i needed in my life at that point

@@ammum8360 update. i've lost the stone!!!! only so many places it can be. i heard that it shows up when you need it in life. i got so upset that i bought another one but it doesn't feel like the original one that found me. i suppose it will reappear when i need it again. but glad i got through my struggle and don;'t particularly need it
however, i wear now a labradorite necklace by Meira T and small studs. Meira T is super beautiful. I was drawn to it on the show the Bella Twins with Brie Bella (the wrestler) wore it as a necklace. I looked it up and the stone used was labradorite. so bought the exact one and wear it all the time. very dainty

I had lost my labradorite a few months back. Lately I've been asking myself "what's next?" Sure enough, my labradorite was right next to my bed last night when I went to do my stretches. I do them every night and morning so I would have noticed it. It's like it knew I needed it.

Honestly this description is crazy accurate for me. I felt very drawn to labradorite and noticed that I didn’t have any so I went out and bought one that I was very drawn to. I just barely started carrying it around (along with other crystals) in a pouch that I crocheted specifically for the purpose of keeping my crystals with me. It’s INSANE to see the connections between my life right now and the description of how labradorite has effects on people. I was in a kind of stagnant lull in my life for so long and now that I’m carrying it, I feel an excitement and passion for my future once again and for all of the things I can do in the present that will align with my future goals. I am usually pretty compliant and not confrontational but lately I have been challenging that (I thought it came out of nowhere but it was probably the labradorite) and rebelling against the mainstream ideas, feeling fearless to stand up for what I believe! I can relate ! Graduated nursing school (LPN) but 2yrs and still haven't taken my boards as I have zero motivation and don't want to be a nurse...started RN and only have 3 classes left ...yet I'm not continuing. I wanted to for my family and not let them down, but realized now that it's my life and I need to make myself happy and find my path.

Me too! The Morrigan helped me bridge the gap of my lingering uncertainty of the left hand path of dark magick when I was homeless and surrounded by danger. She sent ravens to my surroundings-ravens have never been seen in that area before! And crows as well. Corvids are masters of ingenuity, problem solving and stealth, and they kept me sane and safe.
I think it’s interesting how darker crystals seem more beautiful when you’re depressed and need comfort and power. There’s a strange comfort in the darkness...especially it has your back!
I sleep with labradorite under my pillow every night. I had suffered terribly with nightmares and night terrors. The stone has taken that away. I use it as a Dreamstone but I learned so much more about it in this video and when you told me the animal spirit was the raven or crow that is just amazing to me because my favorite poem is the raven By Edgar Allan Poe thank you for sharing this video this was great I find all your videos so instructional but with so much information keep up the good work. Labradorite was the first Crystal I’ve ever been drawn to. The beauty struck me but then learning more about the energy it possesses and the connections were spot on about my life. And it gave me chills when you mentioned about Crows and Ravens being the animal counterpart of this crystal. I always connected with wrens, but I draw ravens all of the time. I think that’s another totem in my life that has always been there but I didn’t realize it until I needed it at the time. Thank you for all of this information and thoughtfulness! It is such a great guide.
Being Inuit myself, I would like to thank you! I am also from Labrador ( yes it is a place and yes alot of northern lights). Yes, closely linked to the crow and raven, which I encounter alot and have been given many feathers!! Which I often clear and cleanse with.

I have made myself a labradorite bracelet years back and since then had misplaced it. Recently at work I have been the target of rumors, ill-will, sabotage, and manipulation; although it didn’t put me down to my knees, I admit it is giving me something to worry about. It is a very dense feeling. I had moved many times and had since then, lost and misplace items. My bracelet turned up. I didn’t even know it still existed in my life. I am wearing it now and shall never part ways with it again.

What can I say but wow! After attending the Enchanted Market I found a beautiful piece of Labradorite in the shape of a heart, and each time I look at it I can see the most amazing colours in it. After holding it I can definitely feel the energy, and I keep asking myself what now! Thanks for the inspiring video.
I have kept labradorite pyramid in the console of my truck for a few years and it never moves from its spot except for the occasional cleaning. I never really researched it's properties until now. I really only placed it there because I liked the way it looked. Your description of it guiding you on adventures is word for word what my life has been ever since. Ever more ambitious adventures to the most out of the way places in nature many people never go and finding the most beautiful, breathtaking secret places out in the wilderness. Almost always alone. I often find myself not knowing where I'm going until I'm in the driver's seat drawing on my intuition. I developed a belief something was guiding me and it has very rarely let me down.

Wow... As I've been on the fence about retiring this year or not, this stone stood out in my Amazon cart as I've been putting off purchasing it for over a year. Well, I finally purchased it because I felt ready and I received it today, it's a gorgeous piece. I decided to look up it's metaphysical properties and my goodness, it's just what I need. I'm going to work with this through God on what I should do next. Almost at 20 years in the military and more so now then ever before I'm questioning if I should continue on. There's been a lot of negative energy with this new assignment. Negative working environment, toxic leadership, negative relationship with my family I've been away from for years, and reoccurring thoughts of negative events down range.

Just bought a labradorite in Hilo Hawaii on holiday last week. I went because i lost my mojo necklace and felt a great loss. Losing my necklace bone whale and jade clover felt like a missing peice. I went through many stores but when i went into this crystal rock shop last week a few stones seemed to capture my interest. Labradorite was one i took home. A huge heart shaped labradorite came to my life a few months ago. I didn’t even know what crystal it was but was quite attracted by it. My life was undergoing big changes and those few months I found my passion and purpose I had never imaged before. I am grateful for the new path and my courage the labradorite led me to.

I've always been attracted to labradorite, personally believing that this stone has helped me tap into my spiritual self more, and it has helped me when I feel like my energy has gotten stagnant. When I was in my senior yeah of highschool, I had a labradorite necklace that I wore right after my breakup with my boyfriend of 3 years. I was tore up, but a few weeks later, I met my now girlfriend of 3 years and things got better. I moved out and got a new job that made me happy, and now I'm working on driving and going to college. My whole crystal collection has grown, and since I've found this channel, it helps make it easier to work with and understand their properties. It's a common stone. So naturally I wasn't that into it. Yet then all of a sudden, it's the stone I have the most of. A ring, Two palm stones, tumble stones. And a large chunk. Yes it feels like a protective mirror :D nothing soothes your unknown like it and awakens the soul.

I have had many labradorites gifted to me by the same family member (who doesn’t seem to “believe” in energy work). It is interesting.
A personal favorite of mine , I have a set of pentacle shaped labrodite earrings and a newer pendent ! In my research and medications I have concluded this energy is very plutonian in nature and connected to the sign of scorpio, I have lunar venus , and ruling Pluto placed in the natural house of this too. I call this the stone of the dark magician, also good for souls with experience in priesthood or preistesss of the moon.

in an interview, I wore my labradorite ring and asked it to help me determine if this job path, would help me flourish creatively or if I should pass. Low & behold, towards the end of this interview, the stone came out and fell to the ground. The interviewer was giving me her closing argument, as I exclaimed my ring stone just fell out, I looked down and it was at my feet, and as I pick it up, she exclaimed the Stone wants you to stay here and be part of our team. "Oh, contrare" ! I thought to myself, the message couldn't have been any clearer...this wasn't for me

I was staying at a friend's house, and she had the early book on Moldavite next to the bed, which I began reading. Oh course I wanted one, and a few days later, realized there was a small piece on the nightstand!! I enjoyed connecting with it, and later got a piece and a pendant.

Well to begin with my story I went on a trip to gokarna and there were these shopes of the streets all the way to gokarna temple. Along the was I was fascinated by the Cristal and gemstone shopes and at that time I pretty much only knew about clear quartz and I wanted to buy one but turns out I was greatly amused by the labradorite there and I feel something towards it.. The urge to get it.. But then it was too expensive and my mom said no.. We went back to the tour bus that we came it.. But I didn't wanna let it so. ( you see I was a kid back then compared to who I am now.. But my close one still look at me as a kid :)(: ) so I was a teen and all these emotions hit me and started crying and my mom took me back to the Cristal shop and I bargained and eventually got it.. But what was surprising was.. Was that the shopkeeper's friend wasn't pleased about him selling it for such low price... But I eventually got it and If u am not wrong the shopkeeper said something to the friend why I assume is "its where it belongs" I am not sure if he really said that of I just felt like he said that or maybe it's just my imagination coz it happened quite a few years back. Well at the end of that day I felt complete and had the feeling that everything is where its meant to be.. At that moment-" the labradorite and I were meant to be"
