Hi. Thank you for posting your video. My girlfriend is from Vietnam....next door to your country of birth!! She also has polio in both legs. I think, because your right leg is totally paralysed, you have all your life used your weak left leg to walk but it is now suffering from hyper extension ( the knee joint is bending backwards ). This will only get worse.... Maybe up to a 40 degree backward angle which would make walking impossible and the pain would confine you to a wheelchair. Please can I suggest you get a leg brace ( caliper ) for your left leg as soon as possible. It would give you more stability and make your life much easier in the future.
