AoA sir kya haal hai hum ney aam ka achar dala tha us mai sirka zayada ho gaya hai aub wo hard ho gaya hai us ko soft karney ka koi tarika bataey ple
و علیکم السلام ۔ سرکہ ہمیشہ اچار کو نرم کرنے کے لئے استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔ اپکا اچار سرکہ کی وجہ سے سخت نہیں ہوا ہو گا بلکہ کم تیل کی وجہ سے ہوا ہو گا۔ اچار کر وقتا فوقتاً ہلاتے رہنا چاہیے تاکہ خراب نہ ہو۔
