Good question - when people hire you they really really really want to communicate with you. Theres this saying now "results are a commodity" anyone can deliver results these days - you need to deliver a great experience so they can refer you and keep paying you. If you want to do the FORM that's fine for onboarding, but you should hire someone to be your customer success manager
