Hi when I took out the battery from the drone and plug into the USB charger the light turned red. When I plug it into the USB outlet of my house main the red light is turned off. Does it mean the battery is fully charged?
Yes
some usb-charging wires turned off when charging is completed, but other usb-charging wires can turned on. In my version, when charging is completed - turns red diode

Two questions, if you still in the topic:
1. After each flight the lamps are flashing and X button does only moves them to flashing faster. In order to start I have to power off and on both the drone and controller. Is there a way to jump to second flight without resets?
2. After some flight and long storing one of the propellers doesn't give full thrust and when I rotate it with hand I hear some clicks. It still rotates, but harder that the others and the drone can't fight, swinging to this side. Any ideas how this could be fixed?
1. X - button is arming/disarming, this is not reset button. Without X button you can`t run that drone (you can`t run drone motors).
2. If you rotate your motor by fingers and hear some clicks - it mean that this motor dies. You need change bad motor to a new one.
my drone cant do the matching even i did the up and down action on the left side of the controller
My drone is ignoring any inputs from the transmitter. I don't get it, the mobile app controls the drone just fine.

Eachine E55 I like more - it have more stable wi-fi connection. + Eachine E55 is faster.

pretty good there are folks trying the 'draw-n-fly the pattern' crashing into things and picking it up and flying..
Good durability. My coworker many times was crashes in the trees. All is ok. Arms and propellers is foldable. :)

I no have Syma X20. But in FQ777 FQ17W foldable arms and propellers - that is big pros if you will be crashes.
