Love how you work on the core of the idea and keep creating different ideas! I've been doing this for a while and you end up with tons of awesome options!
Its crazy surprising how different you might look at a 10 bar loop when you leave it for a bit. In the moment you might be thinking "this is going no where" and then within a month its a finished demo or a full track. A solid idea and some basic arrangement goes a long way.
@@Ramzoid Facts, my buddy and I were looking through old beats of mine, and all the ones I gave up on were the ones he liked and thought we could work more on. Funny how that goes sometimes.
Such an inspiration to me bro, been listening and watching for so many years now. Please know you’ll always have a deeper effect than just making fire music. You’re an artist.
That's craazy! Dope workflow man. I got basically the same pedal setup Heat, Microcosm, MOOD MKII, Generation Loss and Shallow Water which I run my Prophet through and it's just so much fun resampling and shaping ideas! Thanks for sharing this man.
Love these cook ups, honestly off the cuff cook ups to me are 10x more inspiring than the standard content. Gets me absolutely stoked to do the same. Picked up some dope new ideas - thank you
Hey! Just wanted to say that, you were the one to introduce me to making music. I started in FL. Now using both FL and Abelton! That was around 4 years ago. Thx allot;))
That “up 7 semi-tones” trick is a “perfect fifth” interval. The “strongest/most stable” interval in the 12-tone scale that isn’t an octave. It has a 3:2 ratio.
changing the sample polyphonically with Melodyne is crazy

its nice to let things marinate for a while - so many of my beats that i thought were trash end up turning into something eventually
