No, the table was removed during the ceremony… I explained it in the video… There were no tables upfront during the ceremony. We did a flip to add the tables upfront during the cocktail hour and pictures.

It's beautiful and a good way to flip the room up. My only concern is that the high table flowers can occlude the couple being seen by the guests when seated. Maybe make them a bit lower. Thank you.

Melaine, everything is gorgeous! How do you handle venues that only allow entry to decorate one hour before the event? 12 tables, registration area, and a backdrop in one hour with 3 people. Of course, folks began arriving 30 minutes early and there was no where for them to go.
In this case, I would require the client to purchase an extra day or refuse the job…. this is impossible- even with a very experienced team. You would need a production crew and an army of designers.

@@damanpa2987 good morning! I’ve asked her a million times and she had no interest in doing them for the masses. She only sold this one that she did for her daughter in an attempt to recoup the money spent for the one. Mine is the exact one used for her daughter.

I normally do it in an hour or less... it takes 5-6 people...
Hi Melanie, I have a wedding on November 20th and is doing the same thing if the weather permits. I have 2 hours to flip the room from a cathedral look into a reception layout 🤦♀️. It’s a guests list of 130. I have a team of 5. Do you think that’s enough people to get it all done in 2hrs?
