Ingredients and its quantity required for மீன் பொள்ளிச்சது | Meen Polichathu | Mackerel Fish Polichathu | Kerala Style Meen Polichathu :-
For Marination :-
Chilli Powder - 5 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp
For Making Puree :-
Chopped Tomato - 200 gm
Shallots - 50 gm
Garlic - 50 gm
For Tempering :-
Coconut Oil - 3 tbsp
Curry Leaf - 2 - 3 sprig
Shallots - 100 gm
Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Water - 100 ml
Salt to taste
