If someone told you you just threw away over $6 million worth of bitcoins, well you wouldn't be too happy. You can imagine how James Howells from Wales felt when he discovered that he had thrown away his hardrive containing over 7,000 bitcoins. The value of Bitcoins has reached an all time high so now Mr Howells is frantically searching his local tip in the hope of retrieving his fortune

Imagine instead of spending time in trying to find his lost bitcoin back in 2013, if he would have bought new Bitcoins, he would have still made 200x on his investment as of 2021, a lesson leant on moving on in my life.

Actually, we are now in late March 2023 and he has not yet recovered the hard drive nor did the city council allow him to dig in the landfill. I think the hard drive is gone forever and lost. He is just one unfortunate man.
