The size difference between Matt and Tom is barely believable. Matt is a unit and Tom just utterly dwarves him. Love the Stoltmans and enjoy Matts stuff, too.
Matt is lucky to have Ben as a brother - someone else who is also a body builder, a competitor, and a good sport!

I'm 68 years old and broken down now but in 1985 at 6'1" and a body weight and of 225 Lbs., I was able to regularly do 3x10 pull-ups in perfect strict form (chin over bar) with 100 Lbs. strapped around my waist. I didn't realize at that time just how exceptional that was and sadly thee are no videos of this because camera phones didn't exist back then. I was a basement lifter who trained alone and so I don't even have any witnesses. No doubt if I could do that feat today I would be a social media star.
