The Best Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice

Here's yet another crowd pleasing shrimp fried rice recipe with a twist. Transport yourself to Thailand with this delicious dish served with some sass and let that special person know you appreciate him or her! Date night at home never looked this good!!!
Ingredients:
1 large pineapple, washed
3 cups Jasmine rice, precooked (unsalted) and refrigerated
1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
About 1/3 teaspoon salt
80grams fresh ginger root
1/3 cup snow peas
1.5 cups diced carrots
3 tablespoons cooking oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
2 bunches of scallions
3 large eggs
