Phil Liggett interview: talking about life (sport, love and more) with ‘The Voice of Cycling’

I first met Phil Liggett in 1991. We have spoken often over the past 30-plus years but this is my first interview with the man who has introduced millions to the beauty of cycling.
We had nothing planned and, after a bike race in South Australia, I finally asked Phil: “Would you mind having a chat?”
Of course he replied, “No problem.” He loves to talk.
“Are you comfortable talking in front of a camera?” I joked. He laughed.
I hit ‘record’.
