@@Romir69 ye i have never heard bad about the after sales and service of hyundai/kia. In our city you would see like 100s of seltos and creta daily. It won't be the case if their service was poor. They should target the dealer rather than the brand itself !

These things are very common across dealers if customer isn't aware of things. I got refund of 1500 that maruti dealer took under heads of issue of trade certificate (Rs 1000) and renew of trade certificate (Rs 500). I saw the invoice of another customer, they billed him Rs 1500 for hypothecation even he bought on cash with Rs 1500 for trade certificate.

इंडिया में कार कम्पनियों की मनमानी बहुत बढ़ गई है। कस्टमर की कोई वैल्यू नहीं है। मैं भी स्कॉर्पियो गाड़ी सर्विस करवाने लेकर गया था उदयपुर में महिंद्रा कंपनी में। सर्विस के बाद वापस गाड़ी लेकर आ गया। दूसरे दिन देखा की गाड़ी की टेल लाइट डेमेज है। मैने कंपनी को कॉल किया तो सर्विस मैनेजर सीधा यही कहता की हमने तो नहीं तोड़ी आपकी लाइट। ये जवाब है उनका देखो
