Can you talk about commissions/revenue share? Do you consider locations who want a commission? If so, do you have a minimum revenue amount, etc? If you don't consider revenue share, why not?

I took a brisk about a Vending route $67,000 for 117 machines spread over 100 mile long and 5 mile radius. Some machines were so old they had to be dismantled to get out of the building. The food in them was over two years old, they were immediately taken out of service and removed others had new equipment and was doing exceptionally well. The route down to 81 machines. Some of these machines will be replaced with new machines and time I’m still about 45 days out from paying off the entire purchase at my breakeven point. However, this is the unique situation because it was the family of the owner selling it because he ended up in a stroke situation. He never did a good job of maintaining the products within the machines. I was very fortunate and came out on top with his situation where I remove the machines from, when I can get replacement machines, they are willing to allow me to come back no problems

Nobody sells a working lucrative business with equipment on a 1x multiple if it was gold they'd keep it
