The concept of a chakra is from Hindu tantric literature. It is supposedly an energy center found in the human body. It is typically believed that there are 7 primary chakras, however, there are many more minor chakras. It is traditionally believed that the chakras are systems that interact with the body's biological processes. Many believe that it is the concept of the transfer of plasma, and energy throughout the organs, endocrine glands, and nervous system which results in the production, regulation, distribution, and balance of hormones and ensures healthy cellular functions.
The root chakra or Muladhara is the first chakra and is located at the base of the spine. Muladhara is formed from two Sanskrit words: Mula meaning "root" and Adhara, meaning "support" or "foundation". The root chakra's aspect is survival and coexistence with nature. It requires basic necessities such as food, water, shelter, and safety.
This meditation music is based upon the theory of neural entrainment or brainwave entrainment. This is the theory that our brains have a tendency to synchronize themselves to external stimulation, which could include auditory, visual, tactile, or electromagnetic stimuli. The average human brain contains approximately 80+ billion neurons that communicate to form our thoughts, emotions, and behavior. When our neurons communicate in mass, it produces a synchronized electrical pulse known as a brainwave. With neural entrainment, our brainwaves can align with these auditory stimuli. Hi Ulle, thank you for your support over the years. Everything I provide is free and always will be. To be able to continue creating free content for everyone, advertising is required. I spend a lot of time creating the audio, videos, and fulfilling administrative duties (50+ hours per week), and ask nothing in return, except for a short amount of someone's time in order to be able to financially justify the amount of time I spend creating free content for everyone.
All good, maybe I can not stand this world anymore. Everyone and everything is just about to make money. The whole fake Matrix is toooo much for me from time to time. All this cheating and lying and now this fear spreading because of the covid scam...fuck I would be happy to sacrifice myself.
@@ulleglobetrotter139 Unfortunately money is the primary resource required in order to live in the modern world. At minimum, bills need to be paid, so money needs to be earned. I understand your frustration, but if you are feeling that strongly, maybe it's time to re-evaluate your perspective on things in order to be happy. If I were you, I would find a way to channel your passion into a way to contribute to make the world a slightly better place. @@barteveraert888 I totally understand his frustration in this case. CZcams decided to automatically set the monetization options to default on all channels that have videos longer than 8 minutes. This created WAY too many mid-roll ads, and it bothered many subscribers across all of these channels. It shows how out of touch CZcams management can be from their content creators. I had to manually go through each video, and specifically designate 1 advertisement to be played at the beginning of the video, not through out.
