How to Transfer Azure Subscription Between Tenants and Directories

Do you have an Azure subscription you'd like to transfer to another tenant and directory? I'll show you move your subscription to another tenant in this video!
In my case, I have a MPN subscription from work that I'd like to move to my personal tenant. I was able to prepare both tenants, add proper permissions, and transfer management of the Azure subscription.

If you had had virtual machines and the subscription before you transferred it, would they come over as well as part of the subscription transfer?

Yes, but any/all IAM permissions would be lost as there is no mapping between the ADs

This only works if the company hasn't set a policy that restricts you from doing so
