Very good information, thanks for the same. But oxygen concentration run on electricity and in case light fails it will stop leading to emergency situation. It runs with inbuilt compressor where running load can be up to 600 watt. Cost of electricity consumption will be considerable and will need generator or big capacity inverter/UPS as backup.

1. Does it mean after 10000hrs, the concentrator becomes useless ? Or does it-requires servicing to come back to original

No u required to change the zeolite material in it after filling it, it will again can be use as new machine. "condition" no machine parts should be damaged.
Concentrator can be used only in moderate cases.Serious patients need cylinder oxygen.

Hello, in my area only 7 cubic meter capacity wala cylinder mil raha he..I don't know whether it is d type or b type.
Can you tell me the back up time of 7m³ cylinder if I use 3 liter per min for 24 hour.
One cubic metre is 1000 liter hence it have 7000 liter of gas

You always need a cylinder in case when there is no electricity.
Yes right... Aapako ek min bhi oxygen ke bina nahi chalta hai to phir aapako... Cylinder spare me rakhana padega
So why to buy an oxygen concentrator agar cylinder spare me rakhna hai toh.In India there are lot of power cuts then dono me investment hogi. It’s always better to buy a cylinder.It’s will also be cheaper if we calculate the interest on paying 50-60000 all at once.Simple maths!

Concentrator works on electricity for running of compressor. U did not calculate this cost. And it depends on use. Normally, people have to use oxygen cylinder because they did not need 6months and 12 hr/day of oxygen requirement. This type of concentrator is good for hospital or institution where very high demand of oxygen.
Please correct the calculation of jumb D cylinder refilling cost. It will come out to be 22800 as oxygen is 12 hours/day not 24 hours/day as displayed in calculation. Thanks

Sir, humne last week BPL Neo 5 oxygen concentrator khareeda tha. Kal se woh band ho ja raha hai, aur usme E3 error aa raha hai. Kya problem ho sakti hai? Theek toh ho jaayega na?
Technically looking at his explanation ,it's wrong . For cylinder he calculated 24 hrs where as for concentrator he calculated 12 hrs

There is no need to fill it oxygen in concentrator. It's auto generate oxygen from air through electricity.
