I dont see themoney I have in that pool is use for construction. Why?

Not enough construction, or not enough money to pay for an entire building. If not either of those things, it’s because you’re building a building that doesn’t get funded by the investment pool because of your economic law. Ex. Agrarianism only funds agriculture I believe (at least it does if you have private construction turned off)
