I watched this year's IPP videos. LRZ wanted to go for WR. I think coaches realize that's a lot of route running knowledge he just doesn't have yet. I really expect to see him in returns. I also think they may make some plays that incorporate laterals. And I hope--if he stays and works hard--he makes the transfer to WR someday.

His jump tests at his pro day trial were very poor, so poor he came last. 29 inches vertical and 9 feet broad jump. He was way behind every receiver at this years combine. He can't jump. WR needs agility and be able to jump. Zammit has cement in his shoes man. I am surprised as in rugby he played wing and they can normally jump for the high ball.
He is fast as hell, but he can't even properly carry the ball correctly. He won't make it
@@user-nk9cw5md8lAs a winger in rugby, jumping for a high ball in NOT required. A winger is all about speed. Jumping FYI is specifically the full back role (no. 15 on a rugby field)
Brown will be the biggest compliment this year
MvS was looking good like this two years in a row in OTA’s and Training Camp as well as Skyy Moore but on the field it didn’t click so I have to see it to believe it

I see LRZ as an addition to our running back room where he can make the most impact. He has experience of running the football from rugby and despite the closer game setting of football in comparison to rugby I guess he is used to have close body contact with the defence of the other teams and he will know how to come out of it.
LRZ is a world class athlete. He will improve. I could see him on special teams to start

Surprising to see them stretching, when there is a growing mountain of evidence that using it in the warmup reduces performance and increases risk of injury. Makes you think that the strength coaching isn't using best practice for staying healthy.
How can we say who suprises us so far, when we have no knowledge of whats really going on in any detail of any long form video of the practices. So for now, I saw no one, until I can see with my own eyes and judge thier performance.
I think he was just asking who we were most excited about seeing and who we think has a chance to make a big impact..

LRZ is an athlete and is a tough guy. He has speed, strength, the ability to hit a hole, the presence of mind to lateral or receive a lateral with the best. Remember he wasyn' t just a r ugby player. He was star rugby player.
Star rugby player in Wales, not exactly a powerhouse in world rugby. Star player for his club Gloucester, a very average performing club in England's premiership. Far from a star player compared to players in his position who play for New Zealand, South Africa, France and the club rugby competition in those countries. Wales were well beaten by all the other countries in this year's 6 nations rugby competition. Their rugby team is in a really bad place right now.
You can definitely put zammit up there with the best in the world in his position.

Go look at the overall record of the British lions against both new zealand and south Africa over the years from the very beginning. They not even anywhere near close to being remotely successful in terms of win loss ratios against those teams. For sure they have dominated Australia historically where rugby union has never been a dominant sport. Being selected for a combination touring side once every 4 years isn't making anybody a world beater.
