Those noodles are actually very crispy when it's deep fried. It gets soften up after it's marinated with other ingredients and sauce.

Hi mam, you are wasting so much oil, also be carefull while putting wet things in oil. It will spray on you like this. You must let the water to drain fully. This is just for safety. You are very active and good in cooking.

Dear Sros first of all from which Country are you making this video Clip from 🧑🍳👁️🗨️💬 because i myself am quite a Cooking fan and i love the Indonesian Kitchen😙 but than I see you making/preparing this Superdelicious 🧐 Mantis Shrimps ( i have so many questions ) 1= where can you buy such Mantis Shrimps, maybe by importing them and 2= I see you wash them first them throw al those Mantis Shrimps in already hot Oil 🗯️ Untill even the Oil boils over the Wok and even flames 🔥 rise almost above the Wok. I think i already know why.3= than i see you throw some sort of dried rice sticks or dried fish sticks ( like maybe Palembang,maybe 🗨️ ) than accordingly you just throw them in hot Oil to, so they come out super Crispy. And than the rest of the preparation 4= You cut with ✂️ those fried Mantis Shrimps open and into pieces 🤫 and i must say seeing them placed on a plate they look like really big and thick Buffalo Worms ( but they also can taste good, an Egyptian recepie thought me so ). Than 5= you add the herbs and i even saw you fried lemon leaves, than you cut red Chilli Pepper in sliced along with red and white cabbage and when you see everything finished Dear Sros i want to Run to exactly where you prepared that meal and want to eat it immediately with you because this recepie looks more than mouth watering. And I have add it to my You Tube playlist. That if ever i was to make that similar Recepie but with normal 🦐 Shrimps if i can't find those Mantis Shrimps. And than i will use my fantasy to make it just like you. But 7= i have to know those white dried sticks are they dried thick rice sticks or dried fish sticks. 👁️🗨️ Cuz i know with those dried Sticks you can Fry them very short meaning not to long if you want to make them Crispy. That was very dangerous to pour those mantis in like that on a hot skillet of oil, the flames went everywhere even to the bottom of the stand. That was not smart and others should not try it that way no.

For those that think how cruel to toss the shrimp live in hot oil, that's instant death. Watch some videos on how chickens are "processed" in factories. If you think your chicken is nice and clean from the grocery stores and restaurants think again. I worked in a chicken processing plant and it was common for chickens to hit the floor and be tossed right back on the line to be processed out and packaged. So, keep eating that well named brand thinking you eating clean chicken 😂
This meal actually doesn’t look good. I think it’s the shrimp that threw me off. I have to clean the inside of shrimp before eating them.

The way they were thrown live in oil is heartbreaking. Also the way the oil spilled n it was flames all over and down the utensil was really dangerous, it was kind a careless move. Be careful.
Edit: you waste a lot of oil and there is lack of cleanliness as well
