Depending on how stocked your tank is you dose "AFR" until your Alk reading is where you want it 8.0, 8.5, 9.0, etc... I have a calcium reactor and I believe the AFR is better than the reactor as far as the number of elements it has. I saw a difference in growth and color when switching from the reactor to AFR.

Hi great video and always a pleasure to watch your content. I started 2 weeks ago with AFR, i came from AF1+2+3+ i am now on 15ml daily dosis for my 200l tank. My alkalinity is still droping to 7.7 and need to extra dose KH to get it up to 8. Is it possible that i need to dose more of AFR? Thank you!
Yes just add a little more and measure again in couple days. I dose 160ml per day for 425l aquarium.🪸🐠

Start with like 5ml a day for a week and measure your DKH. Below 7.5 add more above 8dkh reduce. I personally go for between 7.5-8DKH.🪸🐠✨

Thanks Samie! I do use a large protein skimmer and a ClariSea filter roller. Also I try to not overfeed as well. 😎
All for reef the best but I saw in CZcams they mix 0.9 liters with the 160gr of powder to make 1 lt of solution and the fill to ro water .I don’t know exactly what is correct
Looks like more people also do the 0.9l with 160g. I think as long as you do it consitent and test the water values also 1l to 160g is fine. little bit confusing information from Tropic marin😅
whats the daily dosage in ml for the main tank and frag tank .Also water volume for both tanks please .As per ALL for reef 160gm in 900ml recommended .

the reefled 50 runs 100%. The reefled160s on the big tank runs 80%

I start dosing 35 daily and my alk was 11 I reduced the dose to 20 and now my numbers is 2.5 alk then change the dose again to 35 and still in 2.5 🤔
Hmmm, how are you measure it? Which tool? I dose nowadays 160ml per day.

@un69perron on e the corals grow you always need to adjust. Maybe that’s whats going on? Do you have much more corals inside?

@un69perron Yes they most likely not absorb much alk/cal at all.
Are you still happy with All-For-Reef?
Yes!! My big tank runs on AFR since I set it up 2 years ago, with small to almost none water changes. Everything grows like crazy! I plan to do an ICP test just to see how the chemistry looks maybe soon. Would be interesting to know, if the is anything majorly missing✨🪸🐠

Hi how much ml you dosing your redsea nano max I have same tank with sps.how is u potassium level? I did not see any potassium content in mix .please I hope u help me thanks
To be honest I do not know. I never meassured potassium. I will definitely look into that! How do you meassure your potassium level? ICP test?
I dose around 8ml per day of all-for-reef in the max nano
