- महिलाओं को इंसाफ दिलाने के लिए देश में नेशनल कमीशन फॉर वीमेन नाम की एक संस्था काम करती है। पश्चिम बंगाल और कर्नाटक दोनों जगह, महिलाओं के सामूहिक यौन उत्पीड़न का मामला सामने आया, दोनों मामलों में आरोपियों का मजबूत पॉलिटिकल बैकग्राउंड है। दोनों जगहों पर कई महिलाओं के यौन शोषण की बात सामने आई। अब ये बात भी सामने आ रही है, कि सामूहिक यौन शोषण के दोनों ही मामलों में, कुछ पीड़ित महिलाएं आरोपों से पीछे हट गई हैं। लेकिन हैरान करने वाली बात ये है कि कर्नाटक और पश्चिम बंगाल के संदेशखाली में राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग की भूमिका अलग अलग है।

Look at the audacity of this lawyer defending rape cases. There should be some provision in our constitution to punish lawyers as well who are creating false scenario's to defend crimes of politicians especially rape cases. Same conviction should be given to these lawyers as well if proven guilty so that any lawyer think 1000 times before taking such cases for defending.
