I can only hope that people in that audience knew how incredible she was and embraced every moment while watching her. Many of the younger generation walk bye her not realizing that before them, on that stage is pure greatness. Gone way too soon. To fall asleep, with the excitement and drive in preforming, being ready to get back into it all again, fresh start, so many idea's, then to never wake back up again, she was still very young. When I heard of her passing, the year, her age, I was shocked!!!. She will always be the most beautiful, talented preformer I've ever heard year's ago, and even today. No talent compares. ❤️

Her voice remained the same with time.
Her voice was still spot on-- can't say the same for the guys tho-- you could tell she was hearing everything that needed correcting- a total pro with a gifted ear. I would have so loved to see her live.
Even adjusting sound had her voice so bright, so clear and so strong... Simply, Laura forever....

I'm thinking this show (sadly, not many more after this performance) was not properly advertised. Had it been and held at a PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, Downtown auditorium or similar venue ... she'd have a packed show. This is hard to watch as her voice is still stellar but Laura and her backing band just....don't ...seem .. into it. Performance was not tight and seems as if just thrown together at the county fair and it looks hot outside.

Laura’s voice is incomparable!!! Too bad the band is out of control drowning Laura’s magisterial gifts! No one listening is here to listen to a band drowning her beautiful voice … but, sadly, that’s what we received.

Her voice isn't separated from the band's instruments, so you get the bleeding into each other. It's a sign of a low-budget sound system, probably a local back-up group without a lot of dough for equipment. Even Elvis sounded like crap when he was on the road and this thing happened. Which was often in his early days. Her voice, when you can hear it alone, sounds pretty the same as it was earlier in her career. Sad, but I thought he voice matured well, towards the late 90s, then she went off the air. When you compare her early voice with the later you can tell. She seemed to be heading back to the old voice quality, probably good enough for the oldies type performances I understand she was planning to do. Her death was a rotten break for all.
