Strawberry ~ Pineapple Jam from frozen fruit!!!

This week's video I will show how I make my Strawberry ~ Pineapple Jam from frozen fruit.
Recipe I used:
2 cups strawberries
2 cups pineapple
4 tsp lemon juice
1 package powdered pectin
5 1/2 cups of sugar
I followed the recipe on the back of the pectin for how to cook it and then I processed it in a water bath for 10 minutes.

That is a new jam for me I have never tried making that one! It sure does sound good! I love that you used pulp from making pineapple juice for this. A good way to not waste anything!

It was new for me as well! That pulp has so much flavor and I did not want to waste it. It is a good way to get juice and make jams out of one fruit.

I could not really find a recipe for that flavor either, so I made my own up! It turned out great and tastes so good.
