Now let's get some missing feature in the next model:
-built-in wifi control without the need for an additional module that rental houses never carry
-some native FIZ solution and Camera control similar to the integration between an Alexa Mini and a WCU-4 / Hi-5 controller
-low fidelity video transition similar to the one from the app in your mirror less camera lineup, good enough for additional on set departments like make-up and sound to get a rough ideia of the frame without the need for extra "real" production monitors
Hi-5 will have camera control of both the Venice and Venice 2 pretty soon, and Cpro already does it.
I wish I can see what this looks like in 8k.

Price is never spoken of . Too bad this tech is so expensive and isn’t designed for the field as much like their lower end stuff is . Sony is still my go to though . 👽

Thanks Sony . Your Tech gave me the chance to develop a new technique and to invent a niche even with few people realising its potential .
But time is now by my side , i am so ahead in this that in case someone would emulate my work , I will be litterally already thousands Rocks away .

So they can have 3:2 filming on their cine cameras but not on the FX30 and fx3 which are meant to be part of the cine line?
Is it just me or is the footage shown at 1:37 clipping black points really badly. Did they do something wrong with the broadcast limits there?

It seems to be the Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel but i'm not sure
Right it looks similar but the bottoms are different, it looks more like a product from teenage engineering
@@rintarohtakahashi9395 I was about to laugh, I didn't know this brand actually exists until after googling it. You're right, it looks a lot like their products.
That is a Tangent Element color grading panel system. It a system of multiple modules that comes together and in his case its the Tk (tracker ball) and Mf (multifunction) modules. Blackmagic makes similar products but is only compatible with DaVinci Resolve. Tangent is compatible with more editing/grading software packages.

Their sensors are 17:9
@@custommadename only the FX9 gives a 17:9 image. The FX6 and FX3 have the same 3:2 sensor as the A7SIII, but when recording it only outputs a 16:9 image.
@@AronBagel from what I've read with the FX6's 35.7x18.8 sensor, the FX6 is capable of shooting in 1.9:1 format, or 17:9. The FX3 has a 35.6x23.8mm sensor, I just found out, and I hadn't known that. I guess it makes sense since it's an A7 but with extra stuff.
@@custommadename The FX6, FX3 and A7SIII share the same 12.9 MP sensor.
When recording video, the effective resolution becomes 10.9MP, and in photo on the FX3 and A7SIII, 12.1MP. That's 1.2MP of unused sensor real estate.
The A7SIII and FX3 produce images in a 3:2 aspect ratio, and video is always locked in to a 16:9 ratio. I don't see why they would not be able to unlock the full sensor with an open gate recording mode, even if it were only in 24/25p.
@@AronBagel yeah, I just looked up photos of the FX6 sensor, and you're absolutely right. That's really cool that the FX6 might get a full 3:2 video readout if we get an update! Weird, too, but in a cool way.

They could have used CFexpress Type B for internal recording. No reason for that proprietary card format...it seems they just want to make more money off of it. Other than that - very promising camera indeed.
Proprietary media has quality control and reliability not guaranteed with off the shelf CFast Express cards. Same thing with Panasonic Varicam P2Express media. It is a reliability issue.

Sony, I have 2 cameras from you ( ZV-1 and Alpha7ii) and 2 lenses. Obviously one cam for video and one for photo. But what I really need is camera that can record video with PRESETS. I do not want manual, so many things to toy with. I want a camera that can point, choose preset and shoot. Nothing else. Filmic quality. Matrix preset (action), Blade Runner 2049 preset (drama), Nightmare Alley /Joker preset (story driven but with toyish funny colors) and one neutral for random things (cars, motorcycles, vlogs). So tired of spending hours fidling with settings like ISO, shutter speed, zebra and other nonsense. Point, choose preset, shoot. No post production needed. Nerds who want to fiddle with those settings have already too many devices to play with.
Cool, only $550… for the baseplate. $4,000 for a 1tb card??

Advertising a high-end 16 stops DR camera with an interview clip on the skin tones gets me enough. Grading is terrible on this one. The camera will probably perform excellently, but this video is trash.
Sony camera's are the worst camera's.
Lots of errors.
Body's are poor quality.
And after sales by Sony, horrible
