      Do you have medical insurance? If so, it could cover mental health. There are also low to no cost counseling available through local non profits that you can check out :)

      Cheers for the video content! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you researched - Franaar Stay Peace Formula (google it)? It is an awesome one of a kind product for getting rid of your anxiety disorder minus the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my best friend Jordan finally got great success with it.

      @@urlovekel Reduce negative thoughts. Its quite simple. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 10-15 minutes or more. Let thoughts come. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Whenever you are free during the day or night before sleep sit or lie down still for a few minutes and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts. Feel the stillness flow within you. Make it a daily habit. Do the above meditation daily to have a good life. Best wishes and prayers.     as someone that's seen a mental health professional I can tell you mostly what they're really doing is letting him get your feelings out and not judgmental way so if you can do that in another capacity it's really helpful

    One thing that makes me feel good is to do things for others. A lot of times when you're so thinking about yourself and how you feel when you step outside yourself and try to do something nice for someone else it really helps

    I jusy cant i always get stress from my parents i just dont get it my parents always scold me for smt i did not do and always blamming it on me i dont get it whyyyy????!!!!! I always hide in my room and cry about all this and after my parents ask me why am i hiding in my room crying??!!! Just why??!!! I JUST HATE THEM FRIKING MUCH!!! I just cant wait for me to get old enought and leave this house !!!

    the letter b is not a very good letter I give up on the letter b which would mean it is also a very nonsensical letter. I don't feel like it fits as the next best letter that spot goes to the letter r it is very cool and good very nice. the letter is way more logical than b b is bad it would give up on being a letter that's why the letter o is the best letter not r or b this is why I like the Russian alphabet is a lot better than most alphabets bye

    Why are they all talking so fast? As if they are forced to speak out loud all their lifetime vocabulary in less than a minute. You don't reach an anxious teen's soul what all that word bombarding.

      Talking very fast is one of the symptoms of anxiety because you think about so many thing at the same time and it's a sign of lack of confidence, which is also one of the consequences of an anxiety disorder. You can tell most of them are very anxious.

    How you cope is do not watch any of these horrible woke shows on MTV! At least all the terrible shows are on one channel. It makes it very easy not to watch them. Thank you MTV. I know what channel not to watch!❤️
