"May the best mom win!" is a terrible thing to say---especially when there are 2 cultures involved! It's cringeworthy at any time.

As a British girl who is married to her handsome Indian Prince. We both embraced both cultures. It was fun. White wedding dress and all the beautiful colours of 3 Indian dresses. I gotta say it was fun. To this day I wear Indian wear to special occasions. My mother didn't come to my wedding but latter learned to love and respect my hubby. I stood my ground for the love of my life. I am blessed. Be you 💛 always.

What happens when you aren't taught to appreciate and respect other cultures.

I think these people should mix the two cultures and make something unique and beautiful.

Krystalynn's Mother is overbearing and rude...Jin's mom is kinder and sweet and seems much more willing to compromise.

I'm sorry, but her Mom was NOT NICE TO THE OTHER LADY. She took the planning literally and made herself out to be a real mean lady.

I’m confused. Her mum is also married to an Indian for 20+ years, thought she’d be more accepting.

Indians wear white in funerals, so the indian mother is a bit afraid for sons start of life....

Kelly is rude. God's presence is everywhere. He lives in your heart not in the building.

Why is there only one ceremony? The bride is half Indian. So her Mom just forget about her husband and his family.? I feel sorry for the brides Dad. He has to live with a witch that has no respect for his culture and family. She brags about traveling all over and apparently rejects everyone that doesn't have her beliefs.

I like the groom’s mom. The other one is kind of nasty.

Why pit the in-laws against one another? A wedding is supposed to be a day of unity and Love...🥺 What's the point of creating a family war?

The bride's mother needs to get her head out. Both mother's (especially the bride's) should have included both cultures. Fortunately her mother figured it out.
