I use an excel sheet (google sheets works great too) and make a list of assignments and important class-related dates like tests and organize it by dates. I add in all my classes into one sheet and just highlight it when it's done. It's great to stay organize and this way you don't need to flip thru syllabi constantly.

Love it phew it is my life savior finally my type of organization
I think that it is very important that you already have an organised system for every subject at the university. You know beforehand what srydentbooks you need, what topics will be covered, when your appointments will take place and what do you need for them. I study in Russian university and we don't have such system so it's very hard to plan. I have to plan as I go especially because the schedule changes very then at least every month,sometimes multiple times a month

Have you try '30-day challenge to reprogram your mind and change your life' (marble cover by Dagmara Monroe). It really helped me. It teaches you how to set goals and do small actions everyday. Great stuff

Organizing my semester
- Make a checklist for each class you are taking
- Have a daily routine
Organizing my days
- Organize your time by blocking out time
- Always keep your planner open on your desk
- Use monthly planner on top of your regular planner
Organizing my study material
- Create folders + subfolders for each class you are taking
- Use a separate notebook and document folder for each class you are taking
- Label sections in your binder
- Use one color per subject
Organizing & tidying
- Clean up for 5 minutes before each study session
- Declutter once a week
- File away documents once a week
