仕事に長年、励んできたため、老朽化が進み、錆びついてしまった踏切たちが、救急車に乗せられてある場所に集められました。そこは、奇妙な円形のターンテーブルが廻るところで部品を交換することで老朽化を直す場所でした。そして、そのターンテーブルの下には、謎の標識が隠されていました。次々に新品同様に変身していく踏切たちでしたが、１体だけ修理直前に体が崩れ落ちてしまった踏切がいました。
After many years of hard work, the aging and rusty railroad crossings were gathered in an ambulance. It was a place to fix the aging by exchanging parts around the strange circular turntable. And under the turntable, a mysterious sign was hidden. The railroad crossings were transformed one after another like new ones, but there was one railroad crossing where the body collapsed just before the repair.

いつものように踏切が仕事をしていると猛スピードを出した貨物列車が通り過ぎていきました。悪い予感がした踏切でしたが、案の定、その列車は大事故を引き起こし、輸送していた老朽化踏切たちが放り出されてしまいました。踏切は、すぐに、救助を呼びました。すると、ドクターヘリがやってきました。ドクターヘリは、素早く的確な処置を施して行きました。
As usual, when the railroad crossing was working, a massive speed freight train passed by. It was the railroad crossing with a bad feeling, but as expected, the train caused a big accident and the old railroad crossings that were being transported were thrown out. The railroad immediately called for help. Then, the air ambulance"doctor helicopter" came. The doctor helicopter took prompt and appropriate measures.

海沿いの鉄道に、救急車に乗って踏切ペア１組と数体のグループからなる踏切ユニットがやってきました。踏切ペアは、老朽化して錆びついた踏切と綺麗な踏切がペアとなり、踏切ユニットは、老朽化踏切と綺麗な踏切が混在してユニットを作っていました。それぞれ、シンクロパフォーマンスをすることになっていましたが、老朽化踏切は、錆びなどで、うまく動けなかったため、救急車付属の特別モニターによる治療を受けました。そして・・・
