Excellent! Recaptured the music of the 20s through 40s and enhanced it. Great work by Jeff and the other excellent musicians. I am in my 90s and I have been listening to this kind of jazz all my life. How nice they focused on the same time period and type of jazz.
I´d like to know why this wonderful music was forgotten for many years BUT fortunately
is being played more in many countries, so I hope it will be more popular soon
very good!jo atlanta
Sheer magic.What a wonderful.combo !
Never heard Leviston that expressive on sax!!
Very sophisticated group, really have a feel for the music!
Just fantastic and brilliant solos from Vince, Dan, gordon and Jeff. Love the vocal and banjo. Just wonderful swinging music.
A stunning rendition of this great Fats Waller's song. Many thanks.
Great playing and awesome rhythm. I've listened to this at least a dozen times and could 500 more.
Such a good tune and when the rhythm is cook'in and the playing is tasty I can't keep my feet from tapping crazy!
Great Vocal, Great horn singles , overall just great !
L'eleganza e la classe di un mondo ormai scomparso....grazie a chi pubblica queste .......
i like all of these boys!!!joe overby atlanta
Fantastic!
I just wanna chill out and lie down with this vibe.
Interesting instrumentation - and it works! Great song, great interpretation, Jeff!
Intrumentation feels like the Goofus Five and other small groups that Adrian Rollini, the king of the bass sax, worked with in the 1920s.
Love this! Who wouldn't!
Divine.
Beautiful, clear picture and sound.
Great!! Wonderful
Cudownie.
AWESOME!!
Heard Dan Levinson on various occasions with Clarinet and Sax. This take in my view places him with Eddie Miller and Bud Freeman as one of our all time greats on Jass Sax!! God Speed Dan!!
pS. Clancy Hayes has nothing on Bob on Banjo and vocals!! Great Group!!
I swear that Jeff Barnhart has five fingers on each hand just to play like that. I saw him at the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee, which they had to shut down, after he came, because no on else could steam up a piano like he could. He also uses his thumbs when he plays, so maybe he should get some kind of handicap.
Great music better than this stuff of the last 40 years
Tall clarinet can’t sing, has my one noticed? Banjo isn’t much better, at least turn up Mike!
