I would have liked to see the elevator… Does the elevator go from ground to top? Garage to 2nd, 3rd level… that is a selling point…
Great home. Unfortunately, the poorly staging distracts greatly from this 2.5 million dollar home. Not enough money spent on the decorations. Wouldn't ever use this interior designer again, to stage a home for my business.
It's nice to see a newly built home in Venice, and I love the 3 car garage. But for me I'm not a fan of Venice Beach or the area. I much prefer Santa Monica. It's cleaner and has a lot more elbow room in between the houses. But if I had to live in Venice I would definitely choose this house.

This is one of the first homes I find underwhelming. 2.5 mil for such a small space in a nasty area.

2.5 million dollar home 0.5 mi, 3 minute walk to the first tent (One out of hundreds) that exceeds the ridiculous value of what surrounds it. The tents content and the human within it is what makes it so valuable (Priceless). Many in LA fail to realize that nobody (No matter who you are) is immune from the possibility of becoming homeless. Yeah I get it, money is where it's at and the successful get their money grab and move on purposely ignoring the reality and vision of what is happening around them within their own community. Regardless of who you are or how much money one has people seem to have forgotten we are all human with some not choosing the path and situation that they are in. While the rich get richer and politicians coming up with every excuse in the book for their non action while living the high life mismanaging the tax dollars meant to aid the people that want it and need it the homeless population grows. HOW IS YOUR VIEW?

Homeless population has exploded in Venice Beach, anyone who buys in this area is crazy!
I drove through there last week, the city looks so disgusting. So many homeless and piles of trash.

Venice beach is so nice and is considered so expensive. Yet, I'm still comparing it to where I'm from, Palo Alto, where a house like this might be $6.5 mill :O

I know you didn’t ask the question this time but I have two favorites of this house one of them is the elevator and the other one is the rooftop deck
Beautiful house but no privacy and no yard or room to stretch your arms out without poking them through your neighbors house as well as no yard man and to much for this with these problems

Not feeling it. And that backyard left something to be desired.
Yeah small backyard, no pool and none of the bathrooms have tubs. Rather small bathrooms too and bedrooms for 2.5 mill. Nice rooftop deck and elevator access though as well as first level bedroom with bath.
The roof top is the winner...

13:00 Where's the beach that looks like miles away! Just remember Venice was always the hood for decades do your research, so you do not complain later on like many do. The homeless are allowed to sleep on the sidewalks from 12am to 6am, so don't be surprised when you open your front door and someone is sleeping there.
