Hey brandon! Been watching your for 3 years now, I know some stuff-
-Firstly, if you see two white dots out the window or door, then turn back cuz thats an anomaly
-Then, you have the pattern and position of the chairs, like the pattern could be different and the chairs, if they recline, turn back
-You were right about the text with it going to tokyo, in involes another change, if it says it is headed to tokyo and claims for no anomalies, you know what to do
-The thumbnail is another anomaly
-The man could be awake, who sleeps in row 16
-Pay attention to the 'a b c' order above the seats, they could be different
-The cats posters eyes can be different
-There could be a person in front of one of the posters
-The luggage up there u saw, it could change
-The little things that are grey you see above the seats, they could be eyes, thats an anomaly
-If the tray tables are down, turn back
-Lastly, a guy could be under the seat

for the people that didn't understand, the ending 2 where the girl and the young boy died over, as you remember, in the patient's dreams (player's dreams), the girl said " we are going to be fine " but they weren't
fact 2 : i recommend you should watch the rest of this video. but when the LED lights said the following "An injury...", the injury is from the girl and the young boy's. and when the driver came (hallucination part) , its the last ending, when the pilot said "a young woman and a boy comfirmed to be involved in the accident" and left (ending part).
3 fact: the man who struggled to get his lugguage was a doctor all along, he was boarding but then when you got into an accident, he was a doctor on board. hope that helps!

-- you fell into a coma, and in your coma vision, there was this girl and a young boy, they were hopping off the train, but suddently, the train hit them! the led lights said "an injury has been comitted"
but in your dreams.. the pilot was chasing you instead of alerting people! but its fine... there is an elderly man who was a doctor on board! they saved you. but when they did, it was the same time the injury was involved! the pilot came to alert everyone instead of chasing.

Also the windows, there are anomalies that you have seen and have not seen. One of the anomalies that you have not seen is: there can be eyes or two glowing "dots" watching you through the windows as you walk through the car. Hope this helps!
