25:40 According to the wiki, you get a discount for taking the targeted state of the justification in the peace conference. So I guess it can be worth to justifiy against multiple states if you want to take control of more land after the war

I had a weird one, after attacking Poland, England/France didn't declare war, after Poland capitulated I tried to justify attacking Denmark but it will take 540 days, until I discovered that Poland still existed, they had a tiny tiny area almost not visible in the east.😅
mine divereged in april 1936 when spain civil war kicked off
Had the same in second play-through. First time it was ridiculously late :)
