The frequency shift on it really helped me when I was searching beaches and surf-line. Plus being in Cornwall, our soil is reaaally mineralised, so it came into play then as well.

No matter what pointer I've had I always plasti dip them and never had an issue with the ends
Great video Shane. I was thinking about replacing my pulse dive pointer with one as the pulse dive keeps going off even in mid air. Unless someone has any tips to rectify this issue.

I also have the Pulsedive & hate it. Not one thing I liked about it. For land use. If you had the coil on it I could see why they designed it the way they did. Mainly for water hunting. Not good for land tho.
Just way to bulky & hard to press the buttons etc.
I had the Pro Find 35 & sold it. Wasn’t a fan of it either. Just bought the Tek Point & I do like that pinpointer plus it’s deeper then the carrot, but I always grab the Garrett. I’ve been using it for about 2 1/2 years now & no issues. I keep the rubber tip protector on mine.
I’ll probably end up loosing it before it would go bad. Not a fan of the orange, but I get why. I do like the yellow & black on the Nanna tho. Sharp looking pinpointer.
Also the Garrett’s hold their resale value pretty well. I payed $125 brand new for mine & I know I could still get $90 for it. Not to bad.
Soon as I see some more reviews I’m going to buy it & sell my Pulsedive. I kept it around if I had a buddy that wanted to go with me.
The best looking pinpointer is the black & green Tek Point.
Its time for garrett to step up thier game!!!

It’s looking good.
I’m very curious about the 2 tone & be able to cut the ferrous tone completely out. Will it go through all the iron nails & still only beep on the target? I imagine the frequency options is for being around other users or machines.
Next time please do a depth test?
Also, does it feel good in your hand & easy to find the power button without having to look down at the pinpointer to find the button.
That’s what I love about the Garrett. You can just feel the button soon as you pull it out of the holster.

Iv used the carrot for over three years now probs tested 5-4 other pointers and now the carrot is in the cupboard, this pointer on my eyes excels completely compared to the others, really good with depth just as much as the carrot, and thr 2 tones works well, it can false depending on how far the target is away or if there is minerals and iron near the target, but it’s my new go to!

I still like the PulseDive. But if I was to receive a free Accupoint, I would gladly use it. LOL.
mine has a brainfart beeps all over the clod and everywhere in the hole and there is nothing stuck on the tip or sides if its not a rust halo idk any ideas

I like the accupoint also very much as a stand alone.
With the whp,legend and accupoint connected not so much….the recovery time for the legend to get his sound back after closing the accupoint (every second time) takes to long.
And the spoken lady in the whp headphones talks every time disconnected when you close the accupoint.

Thanks for the review. I was a Beta tester as well and your review pretty much mirrored my results. It’s a great product, any complaints I had were based on personal preference not anything performance related. Nokta knocked this one out of the park.

Good depth show it on video
Are you going to show the pointer working with bluetooth headphons and a bluetooth metal detector if you have one to see if you turn on the pointer if the metal detector stops and the pointer take priority and when the pointer is switched of the metal detector takes priority
Hey unfortunately I don’t have a legend or there headphones so I won’t be able to test this Feature,
@imckenna121 The pinpointer works very well with the Legend. It’s important to remember that the Accupoint pairs with the headphones, not the Legend. When you turn on the Accupoint, it immediately cuts the audio signal from the Legend to the headphones and immediately reconnects the signal from the Legend to the headphones when the Accupoint is turned off. When I was beta testing it, there was a 5-10 second lag after the Accupoint was turned off before restoring the Legend signal. Now, with the new V1.13 software update, that return is immediate.
