rachelb1555 the plastic organizer is for the makeup you use daily, in the morning. I doubt you use all of the makeup you have on your face everyday? You don’t need to put every singly foundation and lipstick and palette into it, just one foundation, primer, one concealer, eyebrow stuff, mascara, lashes, eyeliner, a few shades of lip products, 2/3 eyeshadow palettes and some brushes. Surely you will fit that in.

For everyone saying that “this wouldn’t fit all my makeup” I think it’s ment to be used for you everyday makeup, not your entire collection. For me as a minimalist that has about 25 products it’s just perfect!

This is the perfect beginner's video on how to organize your makeup. The other day I did a search on CZcams, and pulled about 10 videos up. This was the first I watched, and all the rest paled in comparison. Now that I shopped for, bought a makeup organizer and it's arrived, I just did a search to watch your video again! I love how you teach which products to group together. Thank you!

Lol i started wearing makeup at 14-15 (in 9th grade) and at first i only used mascara, blush and lip balm. Now i really love makeup (im in 11th grade), but i think it's a good thing that my mother didn't let me wear makeup until a certain age. I mean at 8-9 yo makeup is so unnecessarry. At that very young age girls should be playing and not worrying about anything at all, they should let their skin breathe and basically let themselves be children, not miniature women 😂
I mean you have all the time to play with makeup as a teenager and then as a woman.
But that's just my humble opinion. All parents should raise their children as they want to 🤷♀️

I have the same organizer. In the past my makeup fits in that organiser perfectly, but year after year I minimize my makeup to what I really use, need and like and now I don't use all the organizer for it. Infact I use the lower part for pens, post-it and school related thing and the upper part for my make up (and there is some left space).
Now that I don't do my makeup at home most of the times, I think that I'm gonna buy a cotton little bag, that I'm gonna take with me, just for the essentials that I use for my everyday makeup (eyebrow powder, a lipstick, blush, undereye concealer and the brushes that I need for these products).
Haha. I have way too much makeup to fit it into bags

I really needed this coz I saw this video a long time ago when it was released but now in 2022 my makeup collection is growing gradually day by day and I store all of them in a box which is not very easy to work with so this will help me a lot!

For me i think that you should lay out all of your makeup products that you mostly use in every day life but separate lipstick in lipstick holder and the brush to the brush holder because the more you use box to stack your makeup up the more you can't see the bottom product .

for those who have a large collection of makeup just get a bigger container/space to store your stuff, she already mentioned at the start that you guys can get whatever suits you best,her video is about the technique she's sharing on how to keep your makeup neat and easily accessible , not saying to get the same acrylic organizer like hers.why do people care so much about how she puts her stuff , its her way of organizing. There are no rules.

Casual Colie I got almost the same one at target. The only difference was the top drawer is only one instead of her two
my problem is organizing makeup when travelling or staying in somewhere else. I cant bring the big organizer container. What should I use then . The bag is terrible I waste time looking for makeup in bag it's frustrating and stressful. I need a small portable container
I only have a makeup bag to carry it when I’m going places and traveling
I would totally do this however,I have two houses and I go to school so it just makes more sense to have minimal makeup and a clear makeup bag

Where can i find a bag thats so big for my makeup collection
For me it wouldn’t last long due too siblings and I don’t wear makeup that often.
So a translucent makeup bag works well for me.
Ya all the top products are gonna fall over I have that same organizer and I do primers in the big part along with beauty sponges then concealer and mascara in the two holders behind them lip products in the lip holder. Then I have brow and blush in the first one. Second one is other lip products, last drawer is stuff I don’t use all the time. I keep my pallets in a different drawer in my vanity and then my bronzer and highlight in a SMAK drawer in my vanity because my collections of them are so big that they won’t fit. For brushes I have a plastic hold that sits with that organizer. I found this effective not because there in order of use but in order of size of the collection and that helps me for some reason

I have this organiser and I use it totally different. I put stick lipsticks and liquid lipsticks in those sections where she put mascara. I put mascaras liners and more liquid lipstick inside the drawers and brushes inside the drawers too. And the big ones inside my wooden clothing drawer the spare one in the top of my
Drawers and yes in Australia it’s spelt drawer but pronounced draw but she’s American so I don’t know what’s going on there 😅

This is amazing, but omg I am a teen and I have as much makeup as this if not more. I just have a makeup problem.
I think instead of keep adding more and more organizers you need to start getting rid of whatever you don't use and keep it to the minimum necessary! After all we only have one face not a million. I use to have tons of make-up but it was so stressful just to keep up with it. Now I only have the minimum necessary for everyday use. And any xtra stuff goes to a drawer. We have to realize that makeup expires and you have to get rid of it

I bought one those organizer but I stoped using it because I always have to clean and and it’s doesn’t fit all of my makeup. So I put it all in a bag. Won’t really recommend this organizational.

There is a place in my country (philippines) called "divisoria" and they sell that kind of make up organizer for 200-400 pesos about $5-$10
I only wear lipstick,eyeliner and mascara for my brows I wax them every week other than that I’m all natural

I have 3 Sterilite 3 drawer carts and I might soon buy another Sterilite 3 drawer cart but the wide version I'm addicted to eyeshadow palettes I have 59 of them also I have a ton more brushes than that I have over a hundred makeup brushes
