Hi Mukesh , Even IJP is not straight forward they have so many exceptions , it comes again on luck
I won’t call it luck but internal teams also get multiple applications even they keep position on hold for various reasons. But agree exceptions are everywhere.
Totally agree Akula, IJP is all just on paper never ever,, they would give thousand plus reasons for not giving you internal job change ..
I have done 3 INP in 10 years not all were positive. Turned 3 after attending 17
I haven't had a good experience as IJP. As teams are settled with the group it becomes very hard get geled in a new team. At last i resigned from the company after trying hard for 3-4 years
I am getting error in launching chrome in intelij.... I am able to launch chrome browser but can't navigation/get url in that chrome? Plzz help me on it.
I am used selenium 3.141.59 and chromedriver 122+ version

Please use 4.18.1 to work with latest version of Chrome.

Hi Shikha, it is always good idea to inform your manager to have open communication for this. If you have good repo then manager wont say no but they can hold in current team or role.
in this case, my company is not providing any internal job postings constantly giving excuses and they stop giving me a salary what should i do now any sugesstion
This is not good. Are they holding everyone salary or only urs? Is it more than 3 month?
@@Mukeshotwani Yes, all other candidates who don't have any project, for the first 3 months were provided a salary first-month full salary then the last 2 months half salary, and now no payment.

does company provides good hike(at least 30%) in IJP?
if new role comes in different bracket then yes 20 or 30 depends on the role.
Can I ask hike in IJP?
Yes if applied for higher role.
