Id say the easiest is driver, hybrid, 2-3 iron, then wedges just because most people hit around the green, so they're constantly using the wedge, you forget your putter, so you end up using it out of necessity, so most people have some experience using the wedge

The first golf course actually had 22 holes (11 total but would be played forwards then backwards to complete a round) but after deciding a few we’re not playable and some a little too short they turned it into 9 that would get played forward and backwards. A little less lame but the real reason golf is 18 holes
