Im black btw, some of his songs are like that but a lot of them arent if you listen to his whole dicography. I can name many songs from his past 3 albums alone that have substance. Thats just a stereotype for fast rappers. Theyre no different from the others. Like only a handful of rappers have substance in every song. Its all just bravado anyways. It aint always gotta be some deep shit or something of substance but it does have to make sense Imo. Some songs are just about showcasing how well you can arrange words and metaphors. How you rap matters just as much as what you rap. Case in point, thats the reason why lyrics can sound lame/dry when lets say you're rapping them vs a rapper adding their own cadence, modulation, and style. I get what you mean though.
