What is your opinion on the use of cationic emulsifiers in shampoo? such as BTMS for example. It is considered that it is not good to apply them on the skin...

I'm very new to the diy world and I thought I bought slsa powder and I did. Lol I was terrified to open the jar, expecting a tornado of powder and I didn't even get a tiny plume. After a bit of research I discovered that there are two types, fine and course powders. Are you familiar with the differences and how might that change the weights in a formula? I've searched the internet and there is very little about it. Thank u again for giving us such interesting and informative content.
