i really enjoyed this video ,i have been painting since i was 36 when my 2 boys went off to school ,i wanted to just paint a rose at first ,Bob Ross inspired me to paint ,then i found Donna Dewberry with one stroke and just kept on creating ,i am now 64 and do not feel i will ever stop learning to be the best artist i can be,bless you and your family
Just a note to help you stay positive during your messy divorce. IT WILL GET BETTER! it has been over 30 years since I went through the same, but I have never regretted it and love my freedom and independence! You can do anything you set your mind on! Take care and I will pray for your peacefulness and happiness. Please continue with your tutorials. I LOVE them and feel you are such a good teacher!

I used your recipe to make 24 colors of the Pearl Ex Powdered Pigments and they turned out excellent.🖌 I have also followed your excellent detailed tutorials to paint two rocks and I think they are pretty good. I am 75 years old and retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years, then I continued to work another 28 years as a Department of Defense Nurse. I am now retired with 48 years in government service. I just wanted to let you know I greatly appreciate all of your stories about your life you have inspired me to get back into all my crazy crafts I use to do I'm currently doing acrylic paintings and resin pouring 3 years ago Jan 15th my husband passed away in my hands while giving him cpr after h8m having a heart attack so my oldest daughter n me started acrylic painting after my husband memorial motorcycle ride and she put u tube on t.v. we was looking up ideas to paint we come across your rocks and I fell in love with your words your beautiful craft since then I started collecting more rocks to paint in-between my canvas times before I seen your channel my husband n me would take our one year old granddaughter to obgyn Apts for her momma one of our other daughter's we watched granddaughter outside we walked around she found a painted Rock and more n more as we walked around after my husband passed my same daughter got pregnant again so it was my turn to watch same granddaughter at obgyn apt we went walking around she remembered finding rocks so off we went looking around sure enough she found some Im currently making her shadow box for her rocks from her papa n me an know she paints rocks with me and her aunts and canvas too so want you to know you also was a huge part of me and my family getting through our grief loss love and memory of my loving husband and grandpa and daddy and a year before he passed away I also lost my daddy in my arms same way heart attack so I do use painting to put my memories of happiness and pain grief loss through all my art work your kind words and your life journey has inspired me to continue this all into next level I will keep you posted 📫 ❤️ 😇😎🩵😍💜🖤thank you so much you keep me pushing through everything that I'm learning to do on my own and with my kids and grandkids when they get to see me please keep sharing your beautiful rocks your kind words of inspiration ❤️

I have been super busy for quite awhile… 3 new grand babies and babysitting along with still working so I’ve not been following. I am so very sorry for what you have been going through! I can’t even imagine how difficult and painful this has been and yet you still continue to do this for yourself and others! You are so kind and such an inspiration! I absolutely love watching and listening to your tutorials! I loved hearing about your love for fishing! It’s the same for me and I also just catch and release! It is exhilarating and relaxing at the same time!

Be careful if you do fall! I fell a week ago Thursday and did not get my hands out in front of me and broke nose in two places and I’ve got two black eyes now. But thank the Lord I did not break any teeth. My teeth are my everything lol my family was not surprised when I said the first thing I did was check my teeth lol I’ll be 50 and I have never had a cavity in my entire life. Somehow, I have virtually no pain. I thought after the first day or so I would probably be in agony after the adrenaline wore off, but that was not the case. I only took some ibuprofen for swelling.

Thanks for doing these chats. I’m so sorry you’ve had these troubles. Stay positive and I hope everything sorts itself out soon. The clover is beautiful! I have a question-is there any way to minimize the tiny bubbles in resin? I go over my rocks several times with a torch to get the big ones that continue to pop up until the resin hardens enough but there always seems to be those tiny ones that just won’t go away. Thanks for all the inspiration.

7:43 Unfortunately even if you had a support system close by, an abuser will find a way to do several things: #1 Threaten you if you tell anyone anything that is “really” going on. #2 Manage to keep you away from your support system. The NUMBER ONE thing to know is you will leave when YOU have finally reached the end. You could have 40 people around you telling you to leave, to do this, to do that, etc. BUT it will not change until YOU have decided to make it change. Abusers are master manipulators. People cannot ever fully understand unless they have gone through it before. I HAVE been through that hell before. It will forever be with you but you CAN and WILL overcome all the mental damage that has been done. Your self confidence and understanding that NO it was NOT your fault, that you are smart, you are beautiful, you are loved and you are wanted is JUST around the corner! Hold on darling because it will only get better from here! Believe in yourself again. Love yourself again. And dang it, never apologize for ANYTHING you know you have no control over! Find your spirit darling! You’ve got this! Namaste 🙏🏻

What kind (brand) of nail polish do you use???
Can you put this kind of rocks outside or they are just for interior?
You can definitely put rocks outside with a resin seal. But keep them out of the sun. The sun fades the colour over time. I have kept rocks in my garden for summer, then wiped them off and brought them in for the harsh winters here in Northern Ontario. Not all sealants are good for outdoors. ❤️
