Behind the power curve here with our chicken project! This next week is all about cutting trees, chipping limbs and grinding stumps. Going to put some papaya seeds in trays tomorrow to see if I can grow my own. Neighbor gave me a stalk of sugar cane last week. Chewing my way down it but going to save the last few segments to plant. You will have to show us when the ones you planted start to grow. There is always something fun to do on the homestead in north Florida!
Awesome! It takes time, we just slowly plug away at it. I definitely will show it when it comes up, should be in a few weeks with the warm weather coming.
It was really great to see the whole family involved and the kids learning a life skill. It builds confidence and in the years down the road they can reflect back and say I built that with pops.
Glad you all are on the mend. Good to see your channel growing. You are doing something wonderful teaching the kids to work. Thats great man, my parents raised 8 kids from 1950 and mom had our last little sister in 1968. We were taught to raise our animals and love our upbringing.
