Oh man, I've never seen his work before, I've been in photography for 40 years and these are some of the greatest shots I've ever seen.
just realized & appreciate the work of Harry Gruyaert during the early part of the pandemic glad I discovered him 👍
Thanks for your comment.
It's always good to discover the greats, if you discover another one I hope you tell me so I can spread it.
Beautiful work by a master of colour.
thanks for the effort and the sharing. thumbs up.
These older guys had an immediate advantage as regards to street photography,, they were working in a different era,,, the fashion the cars the shop fronts, the vibrant films and colours all worked in unison and created something really eye-catching and beautiful back then, a moment in time,,, it's harder to find that these days with modern stuff,,, it doesn't always work
Stop making excuses.
for someone living in that era it wasn't more appealing than today's visuals are for us; maybe if you travelled back in time and showed today's architecture and clothing they would also felt you were very lucky
@@goodmythicalmukbang3757he is not making excuses he is stating fact.
The only avantage of those old guys is to be highly talented and having a pierce eye. The era has nothing to do with the quality of the shots and does not facilitate. Some shots are récent and from our era
I've tried and tried to get this look on my digital camera but looks synthetic lol
this is reversal film (Kodachrome) and very difficult to replicate digitally (but not impossible)
Wonderful! What camera did you shoot with?
Some pictures are displaid several times. Harry has produced enough to avoid such répétition . Please control à bit
Thanks a lot !
Got permission from Harry G?
