Thanks so much for posting this. I mind there was some talk under the previous Tory government of doing away with regalia for the Highland and Scottish regiments. I’m glad to see that it didn’t come to pass. Certainly makes having a pint down the Plucker much more colourful after the annual Church Parade.

It’s nice to know Canada hasn’t forgotten it’s past. Believe it or not there are more Highland regiments in Canada than in United Kingdom. That’s all due to British Government cuts of our famous Scottish family Regiments.
