Motorcycle Cylinder Head Resurfacing/Skimming at home DIY

This is me trying to resurface my cylinder head on the Hornet 250. This is the first time I'm doing it after watching a few CZcams videos. My Head Gasket went bad and the coolant was going on top of the of the piston, it was burning all my coolant. I didn't sand for too much as I wasn't sure myself if I was doing it right😂Hope it helps but it's better to bring to a professional.

Don't go too much, sometimes the head is slightly warped and when you torque it down it will flatten. 3:33 Good call.

If you sand like this you will make the warp bigger lol

U have given me a hack and DIY. Mine is single cylinder and is leaking. Did the problem vome to an end?

Hi, I found the glass in some skip bin😂😂. I'm not sure if you can just buy one. I luckily just seen it on the top so I took it . Perfect timing

@@stefangiurgila7807Ｙes, you are luck. I watched another youtube used the wood, I 　have been thinking the wood is not flat enough and the glass should be better but it haven"t been found until today.
