- Join us as we start our May 2024 trip to the USA with our travel vlog! We make our way from London Heathrow Airport to New York on board a Virgin Atlantic flight, followed by connecting over to Cleveland, Ohio. We then pick up our hire car and drive to Cedar Point, with some amazing views of the rides all lit up at night as we make our way to the hotel. We're staying at Hotel Breakers for the first time this trip, with awesome views of the park!

I love your travel vlogs, and I love your vlogs from cedar point, so this one was an instant classic for me! It was also perfect timing for me since I'm flying to Cleveland this Thursday for my own 5 night stay at hotel breakers! I always love your editing of the airports and flights, and this time around loved seeing the drive to the hotel, and also how happy you both looked for your first stay there. Seems your having a great stay, looking forward to the hotel tour vlog. If you haven't yet, be sure to grab a latte night drink from the surf lounge, and take it out for a nighttime stroll on the beach and along the border of the park. I did that my last stay, and loved having a drink with my toes in the sand, looking at the lights on the Ferris wheel. It's nearly Sunday now, so happy birthday! Once again, really enjoyed this vlog, and now I'm going to watch the tt2 one!

My 1st serious coaster park was Cedar Point, staying at Breaker's for 5 nights and 4 days almost 6 years ago in late May 2018. But I've spent more time in New Jersey and NYC and am an aviation enthusiast. I knew the trip from NYC to Cleveland wouldn't be as long as 2 hours; (I flew from Newark to Detroit less than 2 years ago on a stop on my own coaster trip to Nickelodeon Universe, SFGA NJ, Coney Island, Deno's Wonderwheel to SFGA Illinois) but I've never been to Cleveland; I in 2018 at Cedar Point I arrived from the West; from Ann Arbour Michigan visiting my aunt, and had to go back there again before I had to return to my home in Surrey, (part of Greater Vancouver) B.C. Canada.
I'm so envious, but at least I consider myself lucky to find this entire video so entertaining I couldn't stop watching, despite it's length and not being an actual coaster/amusement/them park video/vlog, because almost everything about this video is about something I love and have experience with.
Enjoy Cedar Point in May and get that TT2 credit in the very back row (as the spike, higher cresting speed and improved heartline roll the back seems to be the best seat of TT2). But you'll probably also want a front row ride. (If not: When you get to SFGA N.J. you can ride Kingda Ka in the front: unanimously considered the best row to ride K.K. in.). Also: Get as many rides on Steel Vengeance as you possibly can, and don't sleep on Millennium Force in the back car, Raptor in the back row or Gatekeeper in the back on both sides. Charlotte will ensure you ride Maverick. Thanks for this wonderful video, and keep on riding!

Hearing that you're including Rye Playland as a stop really brought back memories. Great small local park and actually owned by the county and not by a private company. It's also where scenes from the movie "Big" with Tom Hanks was filmed. Enjoy!

A tip for anyone traveling to New York from the UK. If you can, book a flight to New Jersey and then get the train in to New York. Its much quicker then going direct to New York. You will skip the queues at JFK and the traffic via the train!

I recently went on my first ever flight (UK Internal Flight) from Birmingham Airport, England to Edinburgh Airport in Scotland via Easyjet in January 2024.
The flight itself was awesome, i really enjoyed flying with Easyjet as a first time passenger.
The flight itself was only 1 hour long.
The flight Attendants & cabin crew were wonderful towards me & my Brother.
We even got the unexpected but very nice surprise chance to meet the captain and co-pilot of the aircraft and have a look inside the cockpit of the airplane in person which was brilliant.
We flew on an Airbus A320 aircraft which was really nice as well.
The only criticism i have is lack of leg room in airplanes.
You actually get more legroom in bus or train compared to an aircraft.
