Haven't been this excited for an album in ages. Utopia has the potential to change rap like Astroworld did. He's just so good. I really hope he delivers with this one, especially considering the 5 year wait and his ambitious nature

I just can't see or imagine him breaking the hype he already laid with Astroworld. Like the beats, the features, the roll-out, the concerts and everything was 10/10 top tier and if he breaks that anticipation, Travis Scott will be bigger than drake and doubtedly the best artist to come from america.
Thankyou for the video , it has me superhyped for Utopia. I don't want to set my expectations too high but it's hard not to expect something great if you're a Travis fan. Rodeo and Astroworld were fantastic albums and since Travis has been working on Utopia so long presumably perfecting it and because Travis a very hungry ambitious artist with eclectic tastes like a young Kanye, I have faith the album will deliver on the hype.

Carti concerts are very similar, the only difference is how the event organizers, management, and venue handled it.

Even if they are not on utopia, the songs he previewed on live shows are enough to shake the music world imho, cinderella, heartbeat, swish and many other, the dude has talent, it is incredible how he can fit in any song of any genre and how any single song he has made is a masterpiece. Revisiting this video after the album dropped and living with it for a while…..I think it’s a great body of work, definitely some highlights on there Skitzo, Topia Twins, Circus Maximus, Til Further Notice etc….it’s very distinct body of work from Astroworld and BITTSM, it has its own character which I love….how do y’all fell about it?

I still think the dark twisted fantasy comparison is a huge reach. The Astroworld fiasco will still negatively affect Trav for a long time in the court of public opinion. I love Trav but no amount of convincing others about this new upcoming album, or new evidence helping Trav in a positive direction, and a innocent verdict will change peoples minds, as they are gonna say he still deleted people. As a fan, Trav needs to focus on making a killer album that outdoes Astroworld including rollout and shifts the music culture.

Not a reach at all. That “ Lost forever “ track is some of the best production on a Travis Scott album I’ve heard.
In comparison as a redemption album it’s not far fetched.
That’s what MBDTF was for Kanye West. Regardless of what people still thought of Kanye West character, many look at that album as his Best album if not top 3 in his discography, also one of the greatest hip hop albums of all time.
